These terms apply to your use of theechoproject.co.uk. By using this site you agree to them.
The Echo Project is a documentary studio based in Ayrshire, Scotland, run by Bryan Shaw.
This website and its content, including films, photography, and written material, belong to The Echo Project unless otherwise credited. You’re welcome to share links to our films and pages, but footage, images, and text may not be reproduced, re-edited, or redistributed without our permission.
Submitting a nomination through this site does not guarantee that a film will be made. We review every nomination but can only take forward a limited number of stories at any time.
Anyone appearing on camera, or any location used for filming, is covered by a separate signed release form, which has its own terms and takes precedence over this general page for matters it covers.
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, including event dates and screening details, but occasionally information may change. We’ll update the site as soon as we’re aware of a change.
This site may link to or embed content from third party platforms such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third party sites.
The Echo Project is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
