The Echo Project
We capture the spirit of Scotland, craft, memory, and the everyday voices that shape our communities.
Every portrait is a collaboration. We listen, observe, and film with care, preserving the warmth, grit, and humanity of Scottish lives.
Learn moreWe honour the voices and traditions that define our communities, preserving stories so they can be shared for generations.

DiscoverStep inside our visual journal, portraits of makers, dreamers, and communities across Scotland. Each frame is a quiet moment, a story told in light and shadow, a glimpse into the lives that shape our shared landscape.
“I created The Echo Project because I believe some of the strongest stories are often the ones closest to home. Ayrshire and Scotland are full of people whose lives, work, humour, skill, memories and experiences deserve to be seen and heard. Some stories are passed down through families. Some live in workshops, clubs, studios, farms, shops, streets and community spaces. Some disappear because no one thinks to record them in time. This project is about slowing down, listening properly, and making films that leave something behind.”
