How we work

Cinematic, unhurried, true

We take time to listen. Every film is shaped by empathy and respect, letting each story unfold naturally, never rushed, always genuine.

Discover

Everyday Scotland, beautifully captured

Step inside our visual journal, portraits of makers, dreamers, and communities across Scotland. Each frame is a quiet moment, a story told in light and shadow, a glimpse into the lives that shape our shared landscape.

Creator statement

Slowing down, listening properly

“I created The Echo Project because I believe some of the strongest stories are often the ones closest to home. Ayrshire and Scotland are full of people whose lives, work, humour, skill, memories and experiences deserve to be seen and heard. Some stories are passed down through families. Some live in workshops, clubs, studios, farms, shops, streets and community spaces. Some disappear because no one thinks to record them in time. This project is about slowing down, listening properly, and making films that leave something behind.”
